FIRST BOOK IN PRINT IMPENDING...

Here's the full cover, front and back, of the first book in the Humbaba County cycle available in print:

REDWOODLAND, the print version, will be available for ordering online for $13.00, not including shipping and handling. It's 212 pages, roughly 5.25" x 7.75", consist of three stories, beginning with DRIFTING ROOM, moving on to CODY AND HEIDI, and culminating in REDWOODLAND.

The stories aren't new, but the presentation is. In the next few weeks all of the Humbaba County cycle will make the transition into print. Here's what the list will look like:

1. REDWOODLAND
    Drifting Room - novellete
    Cody and Heidi - novella
    Redwoodland - novellete

2. THE MESMERIZER
    Hidden Springs - novella
    The Mesmerizer - novella

3. AVENUE OF THE GIANTS
Visions from the Gutter - short stories
Avenue of the Giants - novella

4. DREEM
    The Bog - novella
    Dreem - novella

5. THE TOWER
Spells to Spin the World - poems
    The Tower - short novel

6. LOST COASTER - novel (second half in progress)

With these compilations, readers get the stories that work best together, in order. To exemplify, in the regular e-book version of DREEM, a character appears from THE BOG--which isn't even fully available yet. Kind of like with Jules Verne's MYSTERIOUS ISLAND, we don't have to have read TWENTY THOUSAND LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA first, but it's a good way to do it.

Also, making the books available in print gives me the chance to correct various errors. The upload process to Kindle removed essential double-spaces in DREEM, for example, thereby jamming together entirely separate scenes. In the print version, that won't happen.

I've serialized LOST COASTER and THE BOG as far as they can go. THE BOG is done, but most of it still needs to be transferred from handwritten form into the computer.

LOST COASTER is proceeding according to plan. Zen's got Bud's dead body in a sleeping bag and has taken the time to attend a kegger on the riverbar....

Drop a line, leave a message, let me know what you think!
I'll have more info on how to order asap!
